Landon Carter Haynes (December 2, 1816 – February 17, 1875) was a prominent Confederate politician during the American Civil War.
Haynes was born in Elizabethton in Carter County, Tennessee. He served in the Tennessee legislature in 1845, 1847 and 1849. He was senator from Tennessee in the First and Second Confederate Congress from 1862 to 1865.
